The HPN Promise

The Home Professional Network connects homeowners with carefully vetted local contractors who have committed to a higher standard of service. Every member is expected to provide responsive communication, fair pricing, quality workmanship, and dependable service from the first conversation through project completion. With HPN, you’re not just getting a contractor—you’re connecting with a professional who has made a commitment to you and your home.

Read the full promise

Every member commits to responding to your request within 24 hours. If they do not, we will tell you and connect you with another member.

If something goes wrong on a job, we will work with you and the member to resolve it. We stay involved until it is settled.

What the member who takes your job has agreed to

There is one membership per trade in your market, and the member holding it can lose it. That is why these are not sales lines. They are conditions of staying in the group.

Show up when scheduled

You will get a confirmed window, and if anything changes you will hear about it before the appointment, not after.

Written, honest pricing

Scope and price in writing before work starts. No surprise line items and no pressure to buy more than you need.

Licensed and vetted

Every member holds a current license for their trade and meets the published HPN standard. Each one was referred in by another member who has seen their work.

Stand behind the work

If something is not right, they come back and fix it. If it cannot be resolved, HPN steps in.

One request.
One great contractor. A response within 30 minutes.

Every HPN market has one member for each trade: one roofer, one plumber, one electrician. Each of them earned that place by meeting our standards and by being the company the other members trust with their own customers.

Your request goes straight to that company. They respond within 30 minutes, and from there you are working with one contractor who does exactly this kind of work. If the job calls for a different trade, they will introduce you to the member who does it.

How it works

01

Contractors choose each other

Members are referred in by existing members, then vetted against our standard. A contractor who refers someone bad damages their own standing. That is the first filter and it is the strongest one.

02

One company per trade

Each market has 49 memberships, one per trade. Holding one means no competitor in that trade is in the group. It also means the membership can be lost.

03

They work together in your home

When the electrician sees a problem with your roof, they already know who to call. You get a contractor who has been vouched for by someone who has seen their work.

Be the company the best contractors in your market send their customers to. HPN is a network of complementary contractors who refer work to each other. In each market there is one roofer, one plumber, one electrician, one member for each of 49 trades. When another member's customer needs your kind of work, that referral comes to you, not to a list.

Membership is earned. Every applicant is reviewed on reviews, licensing, insurance, and complaint history, and most contractors will not qualify. The members who do have all made the same promise to every homeowner and to each other: respond within 30 minutes, recommend honestly, price fairly, and deliver on the job.

Along with member referrals, you get homeowner requests from your market through your own HPN profile page, a live-verified HPN badge for your website, and a group of contractors who take their reputation as seriously as you do. If your trade is open in your market, it will not stay open long. See if your trade is open.
